    Yoga and Meditation

     We spend much of our lives rushing from one meeting to another, lost in thought about what's next on our schedule, what's next on our to-do-list.  Very rarely do we give ourselves the chance to enjoy the present moment.
     By cultivating present moment awareness, regrets or doubts from the past can fall away and worrying about what may occur in the future begins to diminish!  When we step onto our mats and move our bodies in tune with our breath, we are able to find peace and joy within ourselves.
     Please join us for a small group gentle yoga and meditation class in our community room down the hall from our office.  The class is designed with all body types and levels of experience in mind.  Mats and blocks will be provided.
    What to wear: Wear loose, comfortable clothing and dress in layers.  
    Lindsey Wrable, RNM Yoga InstructorLindsey is a 500 HR RYT and offers small group yoga and meditation as well as private sessions at RNM.  She is passionate about providing relief to anyone who suffers from compulsive thoughts, anxiety, depression, low self esteem, and a feeling of disconnect with self and others.
