Class Capacity: 5Cost: $25Class Description: Learn several simple ways to calm holiday stress and anxiety with Qigong. We will do Qigong practices involving movement, mind/body connections, intention, breathing, guided meditation, posture, self massage, and more. We will be standing, sitting and lying on the floor so dress in loose, comfortable clothes.
