    Class Description:  Learn several simple ways to calm holiday stress and anxiety with Qigong. We will do Qigong practices involving movement, mind/body connections, intention, breathing, guided meditation, posture, self massage, and more. We will be standing, sitting and lying on the floor so dress in loose, comfortable clothes. Expect to feel balanced, relaxed energy and a renewed focus on the pleasures and meaning of the holidays.
    Richmond Natural Medicine is happy to have Joy Black as a practitioner and an instructor. She offers Medical Qigong and Energy Work therapies including Chi Joy-new Nei Tsang, Healing Touch, Reiki, and more. She also teaches several classes, including Qigong, to patients
