Mindfulness and Meditation for Beginners

Description: We live in a fast paced world where we are always on the go, moving from one task or location to the next. Rarely do we give ourselves the chance to experience a moment of stillness and just be, without expectation or agenda.
Practicing mindfulness and meditation enables one to do just that. To let go of the outside world and draw your attention inward. To reconnect with your breath and inner spirit. To experience a moment of peace and tranquility.
Please join us for this experiential class where we will explore the what and why of meditation and mindfulness. Together, we will discuss and practice techniques to steady a busy mind and reclaim your own energy. The class will equip you with the know how and confidence to begin to establish your own at home meditation and mindfulness practice.

Lindsey Wrable is a 500 HR Registered Yoga Teacher and Level 2 Reiki practitioner who offers private yoga and meditation sessions at Richmond Natural Medicine.
