I go with my husband to his appointments. He asked me to give the recommendation. Everyone in the office is very helpful and friendly. Dr. Berranca is very knowledgeable, informative, and empathetic. She is patient and flexible. My husband is having improvement in his symptoms with Dr. Berranca's recommendations. This group was highly recommended by our neighbor with significant health problems. He and his son both benefited very much from the practice.

The care I receive from Dr Hollon is exceptional. Her holistic view is not only refreshing, it is paramount to my health. She treats her patient’s body, mind, and spirit in a way that creates lasting results. It is the only healthcare appointment I truly look forward to. Dr Hollon is so knowledgeable and is able to share her knowledge in an uncomplicated manner. She has a gift for connecting dots to get to the root of your health issues. The office is friendly, professional, and efficient. My entire experience with Richmond Natural Medicine has been delightful.

I've written several reviews for them and continue to update them as I am always impressed by this wonderful group of individuals. Dr. Hollon has been a steadfast and true presence in my journey for many years now. The front office and staff are kind and offer a kind of customer service that is really hard to find today. I'm so thankful for all of them.

I think you guys are absolutely amazing out of all the doctors I’ve ever been to. It’s not a lot but lately I’ve needed a doctor in my life. You’re the only one who listens and pays attention to me and helps me you don’t just look at things inside a box and not go any further and the girls at the front are absolutely amazing and so friendly and sweet and kind, and I love the ambience of the office. I love Dr. Duffy. She’s a great doctor very knowledgeable. And she comes up with great ideas to help me and explains everything. Thank you for allowing me to be your patient!

This experience was unlike any other doctor. The front desk staff are welcoming and courteous. And the doctor takes their time with you, developing a full picture of you: your concerns, history, everything! This practice fills an ever-widening gap in the medical world.

From a Client Experience perspective, Richmond Natural Medicine is premier in service coupled with care. From the first appointment call, calm office setting, products, services, and resources (great read sold in office from Leah Hollon, ND, MPH, "Unwinding The Imprints of Disease") to my personal care from Dr. Jody. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn, grow and finally make the time to reset.

I learned so much about my body from Dr. Thompson that my primary care and other specialists have never explained to me before. I got a brand new regimen of homeopathics and supplements, as well as a new diet, and I'm already seeing a little improvement in the first couple of days!
