Passionate about women’s wellness, mental health, and nature cure, Dr. Alida Callahan guides women towards optimal health utilizing natural modalities such as nutrition, hydrotherapy, acupuncture and botanical medicine. Her goal is to see a world where women can heal themselves and find community.

From Dr. Callahan:

“The human body is amazingly intelligent. It constantly endeavors to maintain balance. My role as a guide is to help patients and their bodies navigate wellness and balance. This includes investigating each individual’s concerns and offering support in the form of nutrition, hydrotherapy, acupuncture, homeopathy, and botanical medicine. I aim to hold space for my patients as they relate their experiences and allow an open conversation to invite healing.

I have been drawn to the health field because of my desire to help others lead a healthier and happier life. I, myself, have struggled with my own health. I understand how frustrating it can be when everything you try doesn’t seem to make a difference. I know how lonely it can be when you feel that no one in your support team truly understands what you are experiencing. Through my healing journey, I became passionate about helping others who may also be in this place. Chronic illness, women’s wellness, and mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, etc., are near to my heart, as these can be particularly isolating.

My goal is to assist individuals as they heal themselves and their communities. To meet this goal, I commit to leading a balanced and healthy lifestyle, connecting to myself, the earth, and other human beings, serving others as they strive to achieve balance and wellness in their own lives, and decreasing methods of living that produce toxicity to humans and the earth. This world can see healing as we work together.”
