Why We Created Online Classes at Richmond Natural Medicine

At Richmond Natural Medicine, patient education has always been a cornerstone of our whole-person approach to care. We believe that when people understand what’s happening in their bodies, they’re better equipped to make informed decisions, advocate for themselves, and actively participate in their healing journey.

That’s why we created our online classes.

Over the years, we’ve seen a common challenge among both new and established patients: there is often far more information to learn than can fit into a single appointment. Even when patients leave feeling informed and empowered, it’s natural for some of that information to fade over time. We also know that many people are interested in naturopathic medicine and root-cause healthcare, but want to do their homework first, before becoming a patient.

Our online classes were designed to bridge that gap.

These self-paced courses provide evidence-informed education that you can access anytime, from anywhere. They offer a more affordable way to learn about topics we discuss frequently in our practice, while still reflecting the values that guide our clinical care: patient empowerment, root-cause investigation, and a whole-person approach to health.
