Dr. Hollon has been a steadfast and true presence in my journey for many years now. The front office and staff are kind and offer a kind of customer service that is really hard to find today. I'm so thankful for all of them.

I think you guys are absolutely amazing out of all the doctors I’ve ever been to. It’s not a lot but lately I’ve needed a doctor in my life. You’re the only one who listens and pays attention to me and helps me you don’t just look at things inside a box and not go any further and the girls at the front are absolutely amazing and so friendly and sweet and kind, and I love the ambience of the office. I love Dr. Duffy. She’s a great doctor very knowledgeable. And she comes up with great ideas to help me and explains everything. Thank you for allowing me to be your patient!

This experience was unlike any other doctor. The front desk staff are welcoming and courteous. And the doctor takes their time with you, developing a full picture of you: your concerns, history, everything! This practice fills an ever-widening gap in the medical world.

From a Client Experience perspective, Richmond Natural Medicine is premier in service coupled with care. From the first appointment call, calm office setting, products, services, and resources (great read sold in office from Leah Hollon, ND, MPH, "Unwinding The Imprints of Disease") to my personal care from Dr. Jody. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn, grow and finally make the time to reset.

I learned so much about my body from Dr. Thompson that my primary care and other specialists have never explained to me before. I got a brand new regimen of homeopathics and supplements, as well as a new diet, and I'm already seeing a little improvement in the first couple of days!

I have been going to RNM for years and have always had wonderful experiences. The staff up front is always welcoming and helpful, and Dr. Hollon's knowledge of the human body and how everything works together far surpasses that of your typical western medicine doctor. The whole office is warm and friendly--feels nothing like going to a typical doctor's office. If you're looking for a more natural way of healing your body, give this place a try!
